Hi just updated this theme, and I noticed that there is a updated version of Visual Composer. I use visual composer as a sepearte plugin, could any one advice if I should deactivate the actual plugin, as I want it to be kept up date.
Can I copy the updated version of VC into the themes directory?
Salient's Visual Composer has many modifications so you can't update it yourself or overwrite it unless you want to lose all of the unique functionality. I'm going to be updating the forked page builder as Salient updates as when it makes the most sense to :)
