I imported one demo for my wordpress site but i didn't like it so i imported another one... but the first one and the second one have mixed and when i try to change it it's impossible or it bring me back to the first demo..
How can I reset it for to change the demo or how can i switch to second that i import without damage?

Hey C,
Simply import the first demo back to get its settings. If you want to import manually only the Theme Options you can do that as well.

Re-import usually overwrites the content other than menus which you have delete,
Since it a new site you can just set up afresh,
