That exact layout on the screenshot cannot really be archived with the theme.
What you can do is used the secondary navigation i.e. salient \ header navigation - layout - header secondary nav.
Then go into appearance \ menu and set a menu to the secondary navigation menu. The add links to that menu that are the phone number and email. Use # for the links so they do not link to anything.
