I have been googling the internet and this forum but simply cannot find the answer nor the place where to write my text which will appear when my site is listed in the Google search results, i.e. the description of my site. Not just the Head- and Subline. Please help ;-)

you just need to a plugin like Yoast SEO - that will allow you to define all of the meta data for your pages. Once you do this, Google will take a few days to update so be patient :)
