We added a top tier menu to our site. Now when you scroll down, there is a gap between the top menu and the main logo and menu. We would like to eliminate that gap or even cause the top menu to disappear so that the main menu moves to the top.
I have decided to condense the two menus into one. However, I would like to move the main menu higher in the header and the sub-menu items closer to the main menu items. How do I do that?
I was able to move the menu a little higher. I still have one issue with the NavBar. When the page loads the navigation bar uses a transparent background and it has padding. When the user scrolls down, I want the bar to slide up and stick to the top. Originally, the site functioned like this but something happened as I made changes to the menus and now it doesn't. How can I get it back to the way it was before?

Hey Again,
The Woo Notice is causing the issue as its not compatible with Salient.
