    Hello, I have a problem with the page when trying to 
finalize the purchase, it stays loading and 
I can not finish the purchase, you can verify what is happening, 
thank you very much.I deactivated the payment medium plugin and 
continues with the same problem.

    Hey Again,

    Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. Also ensure you are running PHP version 7.1 and not 7.2 as its incompatible .

    You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.

     I have PHP 5.5.38.  Do I have to update it to version 7?. Thanks.

    Hey Again,

    Yes the Page Builder requires PHP 7.1 for it to work .

    Hey Again,

    Please update to Salient Theme Version 8.5.5 and Salient VC 5.4.7. 

    If you are not seeing the Plugin Update Notification you need to uncheck the " Disable Theme Reccomended Plugin Notifications " Field in "Salient Theme Options Panel"  -> General Settings -> "Toggle Theme Features" Section .

    To get a list of Bug Fixes and new Feature addons in the Latest Theme update,  the changelog can be viewed here : http://themenectar.com/changelogs/salient.html .

    Update the theme by following this guide: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/ .
