I was wondering if something is prohibiting ajax page transitions from working correctly on a mobile phone. For some reason, if I use the Ajax page transistions, the transitions 'page' (black screen) is stuck and won't dissappear as it should. I've walked through your suggestions , like disabling all plugins () I have the latest version of Salient and no caching plugins installed) but to no avail.

Is there anything else I can try to make it work? Because Ajax transistions are much smoother than the standard ones, so I would like to use those.

thank you for your reply. I read and understand what it says there.

There are no javascript plugins active on any pages, and on desktop everything works fine. It only stops working when I switch to mobile, both on an actual phone and in the Chrome dev tools.

But maybe I should ask a different question. Should Ajax transitions work on a mobile phone?

If not, fine, but if they should, something else is going on and I'd like to find out what.
