Hello, I'm trying to make the header start out as semi transparent, ~50% transparent. Then when I scroll down I would like the header to stay visible at the top of the screen and also decrease transparency to about 80%. Is this possible?

I essentially want to the header to look light weight on top of the page header image but I also want the header to be almost completely opaque when scrolling for legibility.
