I can't seem to figure out why my video is not resizing to fit into the slider area. The video is 1920x1080 and looks fine when I play the mp4 in a media player. Thanks for your help!
Hey Tammy, I can see your video is indeed sizing how the video BG is supposed to. If you resize your window to various widths you'll see it constantly changing to always fill out the area. Clipping is expected because the height of the slider only changes 4 times for each viewport (desktop large/small, ipad, mobile phone).
Maybe 'resizing' wasn't the right word to use. The video is resizing just fine when I change browser size. The issue is that the theme seems to be zooming in on the video when it plays. If you play the video in a media player there is no zooming in, it plays as it is supposed to. I have attached an example of what I mean. Thank you.
Yes, that is expected behavior of a video background - if you don't want it to expand/shrink to always fill your row, just use a video player element instead of a nectar slider. This way it won't ever clip the edges :)
Hey Tammy!
Could you provide me with a URL so I can see? From your screenshot I can't see much wrong.
Cheers :)
