    Hi there,

I just recently downloaded your theme. It's great!

I'm looking to use a few Revolution Sliders within certain sections and am having issues with them not displaying on scroll.

    See: halophax.com (demo content).

I have added Rev sliders to 2 sections (3rd and 4th) but they do not show up on scroll to that section , yet they do when you go to a new tab in your browser and come back to the page. Strange!

    Can you help?!

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

    Apologies for the late reply.

The animation might not be firing off e.g. the slider is waiting for a section in view to play a reveal animation.
That one page \ page full screen rows have there own scroll animation that might be interfering with this.

Could you disable that and any other reveal animation on the sliders themselves if any to minimise a possibility of a conflict.

Also check if toggling the one page support option at salient \ general settings - functionality - one page scroll support has any effect on this issue.

Let us know how this goes and we can take it from there.

    Hi Andrew,

No Problem, thanks for getting back to me!

    1. Turning off "Activate Full Screen Rows" does stop the conflict. The sliders load properly when turned off.

    2. No, there are no initialization animations for these sliders.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi there,

There seems to be a conflict between the full page rows and the sliders.

Could you see if the insert JS to footer global settings options helps with this conflict - https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/global-settings/

Let us know if this works with the full page rows option enabled.

    Hi Andrew,

That change in the global settings did not fix the issue. I'm also noticing something else that feels related.

I have added a video background to the top section. I've done this within the page-builder, not with a slider. I've updated a .MP4 and WEBM version of the video. The video doesn't play when the page is loaded, but if I scroll down a few sections, then scroll back to the top it will then play. It seems like a similar issue (although instead of tabbing in the browser it just requires me to scroll to a new section to play).

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

We have escalated this to the developers to take a better look into this.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

What version of revolution slider are you using on your installation?

    Hi Andrew,

Have you heard anything back on this? This is very important to my team.

    Thanks so much!

    Hi Andrew,

I still haven't heard back on this issue. I need this fixed as we're launching our new website next week.

    Thanks

Hey phaxgaming, very sorry about the delay getting back on this.

    1. The problem is stemming from the "forcefullwidth" wrapper on the slider trying to calculate the position when the row is hidden - They most likely are binding an event to recalculate (which fixes the issue)on resize which is getting
triggered also on tab switching. To fix this, edit your slider and change the "Slide Layout" from "Full width" to "Auto". Then, edit your page builder row in the WPBakery page builder and change the type to "Full width content".

    2. I'm seeing from the browser console that the video source of the row BG doesn't exist:

Could you kindly provide an admin login so I can take a closer look at the page setup?

    Thanks
