I recently had one trying to hide the comments area in the header, even though I have comments off.
Team -- This should not be a css change. This should be a setting that can be enabled or disabled in the functionality area on the blog area.
When comments are not enabled in Wordpress is should not show the comments button any place as it does in this case. Many of the CSS tweaks I see really belong as setting that enable or disable.
