I used hiding rows and columns to make two different layouts, one for desktop and one for smaller media (tablet and mobile). The problem is there are huge gaps of space now (see in first images) between the header - title and the title - following row. I have checked and there is no extra padding anywhere, and on the desktop version this isn't an issue.
I want to have the tablet view (second image) to not breakdown into that grid layout.
Id like it to either stay the same layout as desktop, or to breakdown into one list like mobile (third image)

That article show you how to hide a whole row.
I don't want to hide it, I just want it have a different layout.
Or is the only way to do this to hide it and then create another layout and hide that one from desktop and mobile view so you only see it in tablet?
You have to use these options : http://prntscr.com/jy3owi . See the Arrows .

I have sorted this, through deleting and re-adding rows and re-arrangement.
