    Hey

Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. Also ensure you are running PHP version 7.1 and not 7.2 as its incompatible .

You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

I hope you are having an awesome day and thanks for contacting us regarding your query.

Are you using the child theme? I suggest you test your customization on the child theme by deactivating the child theme and activating the parent theme. See if there's anything on your child theme is causing this.

Let me know how it goes!
    Cheers

    Hi there,

I did not install the child theme.

Is it better if I were to?

    TIA

    Hey there,

    Thanks for reaching in,

No, if your not doing any customizations on the theme, I don't think it is necessary. I only wanted to check incase you did so i could establish if its the one causing the issue.

Can you please give us a temporary admin access to your site? We'll be in a better place to spot anything suspicious from here.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and send the info here. You can navigate here for more details; https://make.wordpress.org/support/user-manual/customizing-wordpress/managing-users-on-your-wordpress-site/adding-users-to-your-wordpress-site/

Hope to hear from you soon!

Please check for server php errors using this guide: http://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/your-complete-guide-to-troubleshooting-wordpress/ . It would be best to contact the hosting provider and have them look into this as they are aware of the Server Configuration Details .

    Hi -

I'm having the same issue here. Have contacted my hosting provider and all settings seem to be correct. See attached.

Not only am I having trouble saving the options panel configuration, I also can't save a template or update any page that utilizes page builder, it simply times out and goes to a 404. Any help would be greatly appreciated as our site is essentially unusable now.
