You can find the list of string in "salient/lang/nectar_salient_strings.pot" file. Currently loco translate does not work well with the theme but you can instead try and use the above mentioned
In The "Text Domain" field write "salient" without quotes .The original string option is case-sensitive. There for add it as it appears in the PHP file or in the salient.pot file.
There is a translation guide on the above link and you can also use Poedit if you want as it works like loco translate but on your computer instead on the wordpress dashboard area.
In the comments section there is a text with checkbox "Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment."
How do I translate it? Can't find it in the main theme - using Loco Translate plugin.

Didn't find the string "Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment."
in the --- salient/lang/nectar_salient_strings.pot" file.
I did what you suggested with "Say What?" plugin and nothing happened.
Hello there,
Thank you for writing in once again and apologies for the trouble.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and send the info here. You can navigate here for more details; https://make.wordpress.org/support/user-manual/customizing-wordpress/managing-users-on-your-wordpress-site/adding-users-to-your-wordpress-site/

Hi idanyashar,
Sorry for the late reply.
We logged in and added the text domain to the translatable text in the theme files i.e. we edited this file with the text:
salient \ comments.php
so that it can accept the text change from say what plugin.
The effects were not taking effect until we deactivated wp rocket for a while.
Now the changes take effect - https://www.hararylaw.co.il/ניכור-הורי/
Hope this helps.
