    Hello

    I cannot modify my fancy boxes in the wordpress administration anymore.

    When I clic on "general"' I have a blank page.

    If I clic on "advanced spacing", and again on "general", then I can see everything, but I cannot save modifications : nothing happens when I clic on "save modifications".

    Hey 

    Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. Also ensure you are running PHP version 7.1 and not 7.2 as its incompatible .

    You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.

    Please check for server php errors using this guide: http://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/your-complete-guide-to-troubleshooting-wordpress/ . It would be best to contact the hosting provider and have them look into this as they are aware of the Server Configuration Details .

    It's been a while but now I moved to PHP 7.1.  This did not solved anything...

    I tried to add a brand new fancy box and same problem : impossible to make any modification to the box, there is just a big grey square.

    So I created a new row and tried to add an image, but this is impossible. The modification cannot be saved.

    I tried to add a text bloc, I just have the example text, but I cannot change anything to it...

    So this is not a fancy box problem but a general problem...

    I think this is not a servor problem because I created new pages and they work perfectly. I just cannot modify old pages.

    Hey Again,

    That could be due to the server timing out as the old pages take more time i loading the content.

    Simply switch to the Default Theme and check so we can confirm whether the Salient Theme is causing the issue.

    I am a bit afraid of switching to the default theme... will I be able to come back ?

    The page I created a few days ago and worked perfectly cannot be modified today... same problem as with the older pages !
