    Hello, 

    I am having trouble uploading a demo.  It will just stay stuck and not upload :(

    Why is it doing this??

    Hi jfanzago,

    Could you make sure your server meets these requirements - running PHP 5.6 or higher with a PHP memory limit set to 128 MB or higher.

    Also try and disable other plugins on your site as the demo importation is a bit resource intensive and also takes a while.

    If it fails then check the error log for your server an see if your hosting provider can assist.

    Hey 

    Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. Also ensure you are running PHP version 7.1 and not 7.2 as its incompatible .

    You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.

    Ok I got it uploaded, Thank you!! 

    Now I am looking at the demo pages, and they really don't look like the demo, it's showing code on the front end.  The blog page is the only one that looks like a completed page.

    Is there something wrong with this demo, or is that just how it shows up?  I imported Startup.

    Hey there,

    Thanks for reaching in,

    If its showing the shortcodes on the front end then you need to activate your wpbakery page builder plugin.

    Also make sure you have enough wp memory in order to import all resources.
