i saw you offer the option to add a favicon within the salient option panel (subsection Styling), however there is just the option to upload one 16x16px icon ...
1) Is it possible to upload somehow multiple files to increase the display performance on diffrent devices / resolutions? I used the online converter (http://www.favicomatic.com/) and its generating diffrent versions (android, iphone, 16x16, 32x32, 48x48...), i just don't know where to link them :)
2) also is it possible to change / influence the preview-picture (thumbnail) ,which you see if you bookmark the page or have it in your history-overview on browsers like firefox. (see attachment)
1) The theme does not server multiple version of the favicon or have an option to upload multiple versions. If you need functionality as such then consider using a plugin that adds that functionality to your site.
2) This is not really a function of the theme but the browser but you can check if there is a specific workaround of this like a plugin.
