I need the top row to be forced to go to the top of the page. The background video needs to be touching the top so that the menu is overlaying it. Currently, it does this without any actual items within the row, but when I place anything in it, it forces the row/video downward, putting the menu above it. Is this something I can fix with css?

Additionally, I cannot make it full width row as per the option near the bottom because the client does not like this effect. As well, I need rev slider to be in the front row. Is it possible that the rev slider is too big and is stretching it downwards? This doesn't necessarily seem to be the fault of that module, however, because any item within the top row forces everything to move down.
