Im using the salient theme to create a single page website. Each row of the single page website is full screen. I'm having trouble creating a layout where the is a title above two columns. Each column should have a toggle panel in them. I have attached a picture of the layout. I have used this theme for a while now and know how to create rows and columns with the visual composer. But when I try to add the toggle panels inside a row or column of any kind, the toggle panel option odes not appear in the components. Please help!
For that layout could you try to use two rows that is one on top for the title, then another bottom row with two columns. Then add the panels to those two columns.
You can then add CSS classes to the extra class name option on the rows to the columns to bring the element closer to each other with custom CSS.
