    My portfolio sortable boxes are not loading. They work on my system, but at my clients office, they wouldn't load. Please help,

    They seem to be coming on and off sporadically on certain systems, and then getting stuck on a the loading icon....  any idea why this might happen?  could it be that their system is not up to date with certain things?  Thanks,

    Hey Loe! Is there anyway you could give me a link to the page and also try and find out what browser / version is having the problem so I can test with it?

    I just checked on Chrome/Firefox/Safari/IE11 and can't see any issues with it - perhaps you could try and get the browser & version your client is using?

    Okay thanks.  Also, I was told sometimes office security blocks will stop items like this from loading, could that be the case?

    That could definitely be the case but it's hard to say for certain without knowing more information on it. For what it's worth, there's no known issue like this and no other reports of such so it might just be a localized issue like the security thing you brought up.
