    First off I apologize for the delay! it's worth noting that every time you post a new comment before I respond your tickets gets unintentionally bumped to the bottom of my queue since on my end tickets are sorted from oldest to newest in terms of last comment posted. 

    Since you queried about the 5 star support - The average rating given by a user for support is indeed 5 stars and the average queue time is 24-48 hours for a ticket to get answered. Thanks for your patience :)

    The problem you're describing is not a known bug so I would ideally need to log in to your setup to check on the page for you to ensure everything is set up correctly :)

    Can you please supply me your admin credentials?
