I need to turn off the icon rollovers on large icons. They are being used a visual device and the rollover effect makes too many people think they are buttons, when they are not. Not the best for UX!
You'll have to open style.css and colors.php (the colors is located in the css folder and the style.css is in the root of the theme) and remove all instances of :hover events related to this selector:
