    I've installed the latest Sailent theme and the WPBakery Page Builder plugin. The plugin doesn't work. 

    Apart from being able to open and select items eg, Single image, I can select an image, but it doesn't allow me to save it. 

    Also, when I'm trying to add text via the 'Text Box',  the text window pops up, I can pasted in the text, but the standard text tools are not available eg, Heading 1, 2, bold, italic etc...  nor can I save the text. 

    I can cancel out of the windows, but can't save anything.
    Hard to build a site if the main builder doesn't work.

    Hey 

    Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. Also ensure you are running PHP version 7.1 and not 7.2 as its incompatible .

    You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.
