How can I force all team member images to have the same height? I have activated the equal height checkbox in teh olumn setting but the is not affecting the images. I'd like to do this so that we don't have to externally crop all team member images to be the same proportions.
I have cropped the images so sorted the image height however when viewed on a mobile, the grid is broken because a few memebers have positions which are long and they knock the columns out. Is there a way of getting the rows (two profiles per row) to follow each other and these have an equal height?
Add this into the Custom CSS box located in your Salient Options panel (All custom css provided is tested in the Live Browser so it will work as intended . If you cant see any changes make sure there is no red cross in the Custom CSS Box as that syntax error would cause all css below it to not show up on the Frontend):

Unfortunately the Team Member is a self contained element so the Row/Column Settings wont affect it .
