I have uploaded the parent and child theme for salient. I have confirmed that the nectar folders are there (via ftp) YET when I am logged into the wp dashboard it does not appear (see screen shot).

I deleted both the parent and child theme and reinstalled - still no nectar slider option in the dashboard.

Help! I really need to use this feature.

Never mind - I figured it out. I had the featured toggled off. Once I turned it back on "nectar slider" reappeared in my dashboard.
