Took me a while to figure this one out but I've narrowed it down to the Parallax feature. My entire page gets covered by the Nectar Slider if I turn Parallax on. I get that it only works when slider is at top of page (which it is) but that breaks the rest of the page where the content gets hidden behind the nectar slider. When the page loads, it just goes from slider to footer, nothing else in between. Sure enough, when I uncheck Parallax, the rest of the page shows up fine.
