Your server is returning this in the console in your admin panel:
"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://unlimitedempire.com/wp-contentthemessalientnectaroptionsfields/upload/field_upload.js?ver=1394314189"
Your server is stripping the slashes in "wp-contentthemessalientnectaroptionsfields" for some reason and you will need to contact your hosting company and ask them to correct this. It might be some security feature or something.

I can't upload images via Upload button - after clicking nothing happens.
I'm using WP 3.8.1. I've just installed theme and WP.
Is this issue solved?

Can you switch to the default wordpress theme and check.This likely could be a Wordpress installation issue.
