Whenever i click on the video to play. The box loads ut remains blank hence not playing the video. I've tried and tested this on other devices as well. There seems to be some technical block going on. Can you please advise?
On another note, I'm having a notification message saying: "Your theme (Salient) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this..."
However when i go to themes the Salient theme seems to be updated to the latest version.
Could you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
