Parallax Nectar Fancy Box Bug

    Hi,

    We have some elements set up through "fancy box".

    Elements appears not have any hover effect for a very long time when the page loads.

    Any ideas why we have this issue?

    Hey Again,

    If you have Page Transitions Turned On Please Switch the Animated Transition Method to "Standard" in Salient Theme Options -> Page Transition Section.

    Also be sure to check/uncheck this Disable Fade Out On Click option : http://prntscr.com/8f3bj7

    Try using the Optimization plugins recommended in this Article http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/performance-optimization-guide/ and check if that makes a difference .

    But the page transitions are a must on this web...

    Don't understand why you have this bug.

    Hey Again,

    Your page likely has a lot of content which is why there is a delay in the page load and causing the issue. 

    Try using the Optimization plugins recommended in this Article http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/performance-optimization-guide/ and check if that makes a difference .

    Have you checked the sites performance on any site? like gtmetrix or page insight? I am using paid caching plugin WP Rocket, which completly fulfils my needs.

    You may ask that this plugin might interfere with this issue. Already tried disabling it, clearing cache and disabling and the issue persists...

    Tried turning off the parallax scene and still the same bug. I am sure you see it as well when checking the website.

    Anyway, turning off the parallax scene is not really ant option as we want that.

    It was working fine tbh, before my ticket on "jQuery syntax error when using parallax fancy box"

    I am not sure, I asked on the ticket when it was solved what was changed and didn't get the answer.

    I dont believe the developer made any changes . Gonna escalate this ticket to the Developer so he can add in a response.

    Just to be clear, I was just keen to know what was wrong or changed on the previous ticket. But now, all I want is from your plugins/features to work properly when used on a website.

    Do you agree that its a fair request? :)

    Thank god, as tbh, version 8.5.6 was the best one.

    I don't understand why would I need to repeat myself as you can see the conversation below. Its just that the hovers dont really work for a long period of time for the "fancy box parallax" feature. You can take a look at the homepage.

    Hey eimulex, it appears this issue may be caused by the fact you're setting a link on the parent column for each fancy box as well as a link on the fancy box element itself. Please remove the URL links set in the "Column Link" field for each column that contains a fancy box and leave the URL link as it is in each fancy box via the "Link URL" field. 

    If that does not change anything for you kindly let me know.

    Nice work!

    All works well now. Atleast now we now where the issue might be with these things.

    Anyway, sorry for the hustle, I understand you have a lot of customers.

    I want to wish you best of luck with new updates, please make  sure you take into account the performance as this is probably the most concern for salient now.
