I would like to use Salient tabbed content on my website. But I wonder how it can be cleverly displayed on smartphones or vertical screens. What I intend to put in each tab is quite long ; I'd like to repeat the tabs navigation under the content, in order to avoid upward scroll (which users will never do). Clicking on the second navigation items would bring the display back to the top of the tabbed content. Is it possible ?

If it's not possible, what could I do instead ?
