To install required/recommended plugins, head to the Appearance > install plugins section of your admin panel. Once you’ve installed a plugin, don’t forget to activate it as well! .
If you are not seeing the Plugin Update Notification you need to uncheck the " Disable Theme Reccomended Plugin Notifications " Field in "Salient Theme Options Panel" -> General Settings -> "Toggle Theme Features" Section .
Could you please point out where I'm meant so see the Sailent Theme option on my screenshot? I do not have it.
What could be reason I don't see the theme options?
I set up a brand new wordpress hosted server with GoDaddy. They called yesterday that they see there is a "whitescheern death" plug in issue. Running WP 4.9.8 PHP 7.2
Unfortunately I'm running out out time. Is the this Theme compatible?
Thats weird, Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.

I've installed the theme but I do not have the visual composer in the install plug in option. Server is Php version is 7.2 and wordpress 4.9.8
How can I install the plug in?

Hi,
My confusion is coming from that I don't seem to have install plug ins under appearance. That's why I keep going back to the only plug option I have.
I must me missing a step? Don't know what it is.

It's fixed now.
Looks like it's a GoDaddy issue. Had to delete and install the theme and plug in via FTP.
