    I have Wordpress Business, which allows me to use the front-end to install a theme.  I've downloaded the .zip file for wordpress, which is a single zip file with other non-zip files within.  I keep getting an error.  See attachment.

    I've read the general support on this.  I'm trying to install this theme onto wordpress.com using their business plan (which allows theme installations).

    Hey Again,

    Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. Also ensure you are running PHP version 7.1 and not 7.2 as its incompatible .

    You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.
