    Hi, when I click on a demo to import it, it quickly loads and then says "Saving successful" but it actually has not loaded it or it is not completely as you can see on the address I have provided - could you please help me with this? 

    Your theme looks great!

    Trying to import it manually also doesn't work for me, it says Failed to import.

    Hey 

    Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. Also ensure you are running PHP version 7.1 and not 7.2 as its incompatible .

    You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.

    Hi,

    thank you for your help although the demo is not imported correctly anyway.

    I have increased all what you said (see screenshot) but the homepage looks like this https://svacreative.com/

    Also I am only able to select PHP version 7.0.

    Can you please tell me what am I doing wrong?

    Unfortunately the Theme requires PHP 7.1 , You will likely have to change your hosting provider or plan .
