Did you try running them through the convertors mentioned in the user guide Section 3.1 Troubleshooting Video Backgrounds : http://themenectar.com/docs/salient.pdf .
The problem was resolved about a half-hour ago. The MIME file types also needed updated in cPanel with the code i put in .htaccess file. Thank you though. I appreciate your help.
P.S. the previous ticket that you helped me with about progress bar colors is no longer an issue. After I seen different colors live...it looked hideous and was an eye sore...lol Thank you, Tahir.
Hi, my video background still only works in safari and not chrome or firefox even after adding this to .htaccess file:
AddType video/mp4 mp4 AddType video/mp4 m4v AddType video/ogg ogv AddType video/webm webm AddType video/webm webmv
i tried this too:
AddType video/mp4 .mp4 .m4v
AddType video/ogg .ogv
AddType video/webm .webm
