I had deactivated all plugins except visual composer, but still remained roblem, tried version 3.7.3 and 4.0.2 of visual composer, but does not work with both versions. What it can be?
Could you please try re-installing the theme. If still it does not work please send us your backend login details so we can take a look at your installation .
I just logged in and see no errors or conflicts that stand out. It doesn't seem to be a scripting issue it looks as if all of the Nectar elements are never getting hooked into the plugin at all, yet there's no visible errors. Did you have that VC plugin in before you downloaded Salient? Perhaps there's something left over from that somehow that's interfering. I would also open a ticket with WPBakery so they can chime in and possibly shed some light on the matter as well.
I haven't that VC plugin before download salient. But another theme (klaus) with VC was installed and activated on my site, but it have own visual composer 5.3 version. I had deleted it before install Salient. I don't know what it could be with it. Open ticket wight WPBakery then. Strange that not all items are displayed, but only part, if not all appear, then at least it was clear what went wrong
today I am bought salient theme and installed it. I have trouble with visual composer, whats wrong with it?

Most likely a third party Plugin conflict . Could you try deactivating the other plugins and see which one is causing the issue.

Salient Comes with its own VC embedded in the theme so you do not have to install it via the Plugin Menu. Please deactivate the external plugin.

I would also suggest to delete all cache and deactivating any minify or cache plugins after turning them off.
