Hello, when switching from category to category within the portfolio, most often crashes the device. All of the devices have up-to-date operation system software and I've checked several.
Thanks for noting this, for some reason I can't replicate on my Andriod device but I'm going to disable the sorting animation for mobile in the next update to save resources for better performance and hopefully sort this issue out :)
You seem to have some third-party plugins that are disabling the right-click. Could you please try deactivating them to see if one of them is the culprit.
Hi Tahir, I'll do some more testing tonight but it does appear that "Wordfence Security" plugin is creating the crash. If you know of another comparable WP security plugin you could recommend that plays well with this template that would be great.
I'll get back to you later today to confirm that the plugin was causing this. Till then I'll keep it activated. Thanks again.
Hi Nectar & Tahir, I turned off all plugins, cleared the cache on the ipad and unfortunately still get the crash. Let me know if you'd like me to try anything else. You're also welcome to take a look inside if you want. Thanks.
Hey Lou! I've since heard other reports of this happening on iOS devices so this is now a confirmed issue I am working on for the next release which will be out within 1-2 weeks :)
It is on iphone, I don't have access to an ipad so I have not been able to check that yet. But yhea the demo crashes it as well, however when i try it on a iphone 5 it works like a charm most of the time. I think it might be that the masonry portfolio script and pictures are to heavy for any older and burdened iphones..
Thanks for the confirmation in regards to devices - The only iPad at my disposal is a mini which no crashing has occurred on. I am still trying to find the best way to test on the older generation iOS devices to see what about the portfolio is causing the issue. In the last update I removed all the unneeded scripting and effects/animations for mobile devices which I thought would make a big difference, but apparently something else is still allowing this to happen.

You're very welcome!

Hi everybody! I have the same problem, and the update you where talking about I have installed but the site still crashes..
Hey Filip!
Are you experiencing this on an iPhone or iPad? Also is it occurring for you on the demo as well?

I've only been testing on the iPhone5 this whole time which may be how I've overlooked/can't see it. Is the iPhone that's failing the iPhone4?
the salient demo also crashes my ipad2, i think it is to heavy....
yes for me it is a iphone 4.
