    Currently my second nav menu is displayed at the top of screen for both pc and mobile however it clutters the screen on mobile so i'd like it to be off-canvas on mobile but remain at top of screen for pc - is that possible?

    Hey Again,

    Try to Switch to the new Material Skin in Salient Theme Options Panel -> General Section .
