    Hi, 


    We're having issues with our payment gateway (PayU) due to the following (comment form PayU support) : 

     

    " PayU successfully redirect back to the merchants site, post card processing. The merchant is either not receiving the redirect or is receiving the redirect and not updating the payment status. Also the use of the GET transaction seems inconsistent. The merchant should initiate a GET transactions call within 5 minutes of the payment being initiated to confirm the status. 

    This issue is therefore a matter that should be taken up with your developer.

    Your developers will be able to resolve, should they need assistance then feel free to get in touch again."

    We have not done any custom development, everything is up to date. Pleeaassee can you assist.

    Hey Again,

    Try switching to the Default Theme and check that way we can check whether this is a Salient Theme issue or not. This likely is a server side issue so you will have to contact the Hosting Provider.
