Hi - are you aware of an issue with Safari desktop and mobile on iphone where if the page header image is set to parallax scroll it sits above the top sticky mobile nav bar? e.g. see attached screenshot. If I turn parallax scrolling effect off then this bug goes away - but i would like to keep it on as its a nice effect which only seems to have an issue on safari desktop and ios devices... Any ideas on a fix? I am running 12.0.2 Safari here. If you view http://jwd-test.me.uk/careers/ on Safari with screen size less than 1000px you will see the top hero image scrolls ABOVE the fixed position nav header?? (weirdly its fine above 1000px!) On this page http://jwd-test.me.uk/about/ I have parallax switched off on the hero image and it scrolls behind the fixed position nav header... Any ideas on what is causing this issue? Or a way so that I can target just Safari browser on screens less than 1000px to remove the parallax effect via a CSS media query?
Please update to Salient Theme Version 10.0.1 and Salient WPBakery Page Builder 5.6 .
If you are not seeing the Plugin Update Notification you need to uncheck the " Disable Theme Reccomended Plugin Notifications " Field in "Salient Theme Options Panel" -> General Settings -> "Toggle Theme Features" Section .

Hi - I am running the Salient-Child theme - can you advise on upgrade process so this child theme stays in place?
Do you have child theme customizations in place ? . If not the update should not cause any issues as regards the child theme.

Yes - but i managed to work out the issue without doing the upgrade. Thanks
