I've done that and now only have two plugins active - woocommerce and wpbakery and still i can't get VC elements to display on the product pages.
My final attempt will be to deactivate wpbakery and re-install however it came bundled within the theme.
Is there a way I can download a new wpbakery without having to pay for it?
Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.
Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. Also ensure you are running PHP version 7.1 and not 7.2 as its incompatible .

Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:
Also check for server php errors using this guide: http://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/your-complete-guide-to-troubleshooting-wordpress/ . It would be best to contact the hosting provider and have them look into this as they are aware of the Server Configuration Details .
