I want to make the homepage exactly like this website "http://maddecent.com/" 

I can achieve that by using the fullscreen option when creating the page. But in the example website given, the footer is not together with fullscreen. How can I achieve this with Salient?

Is there any css code to make the certain row to not going fullscreen?
