    Since updating to WP5, having the follow JQ error and can't open the classic editor on the back end at all. I can see the Text tab, but not the Visual, and the Frontend Editor is a complete mess. I've deactivated plugins, updated the theme... the error remains (as below). Thank you for any assistance you can provide, as we need to get our landing page updated and it's pretty much unusable the way it is:

    Please check for server php errors using this guide: http://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/your-complete-guide-to-troubleshooting-wordpress/ . It would be best to contact the hosting provider and have them look into this as they are aware of the Server Configuration Details .
