Hey Tahir! Thanks for the answer. I've purchased a new copy of Salient to use on a new client site. We are currently using HelloBar.com which is quite expensive, $289 USD year, to gather emails. It has worked well so far, but when I set up the new development site with salient it does not work. I read on another ticket here that another person had issues with another bar and now I see the same thing with the WooCommerce bar. Are there plans to fix this issues with Salient's menu? I know that you added the option for text in the second header but it is not as customizable as other options, neither it stands out as much as it should, we can't add buttons, links are not noticeable. I hated the top bars in many sites but since I started to use them and see people taking action in them it looks like the header in Salient could become an issue if we can't customize more or have our options of top bars to use.
Is there a way to change the WooCommerce Store Notice Color from purple to any other color?

Try using the Secondary Header Text Option as the Store Notice will conflict with the Theme menu.

No i am afraid its not compatible at the moment. Try using the "Popup Maker" Plugin as its compatible with Salient .
