Slow speed on mobile and google does not think the site is mobile friendly.

Hi! I moved my site (https://www.alinderdesign.se/) to Kinsta.com (for really fast wordpress hosting, so I know this is not a host issue that comes from slow speed.) And I am using their global CDN aswell. But still I get very slow speeds for mobile when I test the site here: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

And also, which is more important and might be related, sometimes when google check the site, Google thinks it is not mobile friendly. Which seems to be devastating for the SEO. I check that here: https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly

Run the test several times and you will see that Google skips to read a bunch of (random?) files (seems to be mostly JS and CSS files, and different ones for each test). And as  result, every now and then Google marks the site as not mobile friendly. (When the test has finished, click "More info about the problem" or similar, to see which files it cannot read.)

I tried to deactivate all the plugins, but that did not have any effect. I then tried to switch theme to Twenty Seventeen, and then all the numbers were fine, for both mobile speed (90) and for mobile friendliness.

The support technicians at Kinsta thinks this is theme-related and advices me to change theme from Salient to fix this. But I really like Salient and would prefer to fix this and stay with Salient. And I guess not all Salient-users get these issues, since I haven't heard a lot about it. But when google thinks the theme/site is not mobile friendly I cannot stay with Salient, since I need the SEO to work.

Can you please help me get Salient to work for me?

    All the best,

    Magnus

Ok, thanks! Any suggestion on how to make the mobile version faster? W3 Total cache did not help.
