Hi - I was wondering if there is any way other than through Themeforest to purchase your theme. I am not happy about Envato's decision to force the $2 handling fee on every purchase (since taking away the option of adding credits to your account), and would like to avoid using them as much as possible. Salient is the primary theme we buy there. Thanks for any guidance you can provide.
