Is there a way to hide the "Watch Video" option from a specific portfolio item so that the user only has the option to click "More Details"?

I have certain projects where I would prefer the user to go see the project page because there is a series of videos. My fear is that if the 
"Watch Video" then they assume there is only one video. An example would be here: http://www.honestmotion.com/portfolio/finding-main-street/
