    Hi there!

    For some strange reason some setttings are not visible when I want to edit them. I have a screenshot of the Image Gallery settings, but sometimes it's also another row setting window. Do you know what the cause is?

    Hey 

    Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. Also ensure you are running PHP version 7.2.

    You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.

    @keengan,

    Just running PHP 7.2 wont help , Please check for server php errors using this guide: http://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/your-complete-guide-to-troubleshooting-wordpress/ . It would be best to contact the hosting provider and have them look into this as they are aware of the Server Configuration Details .

    I found that the issue isn't that pressing when I first go to the 'design options' tab and then back to 'general'. It's not a solution, but at the moment I don't have access to the control panel of the host as I'm only doing the design of the website. 

    As soon as we have more time we will look into the PHP settings. Thanks!
