I am having issues with the 'Recent Projects' shortcode on both the Tablet & Smartphone. I have placed the shortcode on the page using the following parameters:

[recent_projects hide_controls="true" project_style="2" lightbox_only="true" category="all" heading="" page_link_text="" page_link_url="" number_to_display="1"]

The project is a video, but when pressing the thumbnail on either a tablet or smartphone, it does not load or play the video. The function does however work perfectly on a desktop. Please help :)

Yes I can confirm I'm using 3.15. 

I viewed the latest changelog and it seems v4.0 is now available. Has the issue been addressed in that version?

I updated the theme to v4.0 and the issue remains :(

If I press and hold on the thumbnail (essentially a right-click action), I can open the video in a new tab... but this is by no means an adequate solution.

Do you have any ideas? Has anyone else had this issue on touch devices?

I thought I'd go and test the Salient Demo site on my tablet and smartphone. On the homepage you have the 'Recent Projects' shortcode embedded down the page. Did you know that you cannot open any of the projects by pressing them? This to me is exactly the same issue I am experiencing. Seems like an extreme oversight considering you claim Salient is fully responsive?
