quick question: I wish to create a page as an image gallery only in effect replicating the portfolio-fullwidth-masonry page.
my question; is there a way of adding just images to this gallery without creating "portfolio items" as i don't wish to have extra pages on my site for seo reasons. ( even if they are not linked frontend )
I understand the issue you seem to be having but this is how WP post types work so you can not have a masonry grid without creating posts for the Portfolio type.
