I've found two bugs in "Page Transitions" behavior.
There are two issues:
1. Desktop is looking awesome, but from 705px to down the two colored layers from "Page Transitions" get stuck, I mean the never go away.
2. When it is in screen mode view (mobile, tablet and screen mode of the browser's inspector on desktop) the problem prevail, it doesn't matter the resolution or device.
I attach the settings, we are actually using. Looking forward to your reply, I hope you can help us.
We've just tried your solution. However, the animation without the Ajax is quite clunky, not really smooth and little poor. So, ajax is making better. For us taking the animation transition away it is no really a solution for us.
Is there anything else, you could do to fix this, please?

Hey S,
If you have Page Transitions Turned On Please Switch the Animated Transition Method to "Standard" in Salient Theme Options -> Page Transition Section.
Also be sure to check/uncheck this Disable Fade Out On Click option : http://prntscr.com/8f3bj7
Moreover if it doesnt work Turn off the Page Transitions and check for Browser Console Errors : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors

Hi Tahir,
Thanks for your quick answer!
We've just tried your solution. However, the animation without the Ajax is quite clunky, not really smooth and little poor. So, ajax is making better. For us taking the animation transition away it is no really a solution for us.

Thanks again. Regards
Hey Again,
One of the Third party plugin is causing the issue.
OnOff Animated Transition Method
Standard will simulate the effect of AJAX loading and allow for the use of any plugins to function regularly (recommended).
AJAX won't work by default for pages that use plugins which rely on Javascript. (only for advanced users)Best
